Blood Drive Battle

The Blood Drive Battle is a competition between UNLV and University of Nevada, Reno to see which university can donate the most blood to United Blood Services. All drives are held on campus and with any donation you will receive various free coupons to popular restaurant chains, vouchers for show tickets and other productions, Blood Drive Donor shirt, as well as the satisfaction in knowing that you have helped save a life.

Donating blood to the United Blood Services does more than help UNLV beat UNR, it helps OUR community. Seventy percent of us will need a blood transfusion at some time during our lifetime. The Las Vegas area alone requires 300 units of blood per day to meet area needs and your blood can serve as many as three patients.
